Our providers process data outside the Isle of Man, including in the United States. Those transfers rely on the safeguards the applicable law requires: an adequacy decision where one covers the destination, and otherwise the relevant standard contractual clauses, including the United Kingdom addendum or international data transfer agreement where United Kingdom law applies.
